I cannot see any reason whatsoever for congratulating Cook & Co for this. It is a stupid announcement. I think that if anything, the announcement implies BTA stuffed up again and didn't get agency funding. Why would you give them the benefit of the doubt for anything else?

Why would you congratulate Cook for appointing an advisor? Anyone can appoint an advisor. They just have to pay. Based on your view, maybe the corner store near my house should list and then appoint a financial advisor and then watch its share price rise.

Idiotic and worrying is how I describe the announcement.
