Ahh why yes James bond submarine, far greater idea, then you could monitor the health of the fish in advance of them dying for greatest trading results :).
Not much movement because management does not have the uh, 'best' track record ever, expect a bigger move up if the next update is a positive one.
It takes ~2 years to get them 20-30kg, and up to 3 for optimum harvest of 30-40kg.
From then on I would assume the feed to growth ratio would become uneconomic.
