never assume anything when it comes to O&G exploration!!
Fraccing is designed to improve the flow of O&G from the reservoir rocks back to the well and can be the difference between commercial and non commercial flows but it certainly doesn't indicate "free flowing O&G" - wouldn't that be nice!!
Obviously they have found something at Sadie that looks to be promising, or they wouldn't fracc - its expensive.
STX have been exploring this area/geology for the last 6/7 yrs with an equal measure of success and failure, they know the play and have made previous discoveries near by!
So the decision to fracc is a good sign but no indication of ultimate success!
