You are against imprisonment without trial or charge the use of torture and summary justice - fair enough
But then you say those at Guantanamo Bay are not prisoners

Then Yak comes out and compares them to POWs (that stands for PRISONERS of war for your benefit) nice turn there.
Then you say those at Guantanamo Bay are detainees, so you have nothing against people being DETAINED without trial or charge but you oppose the imprisonment of people without trial or charge. A nice twist of words that I am sure those being detained or imprisoned without charge appreciate
Then there is your twisting and turning in totaly ignoring the fact that Israel imprisons(and they are classed as prisoners) people for extended periods without charges or trial and the fact Israel carries out summary justice 2 things your clearly stated you oppose.
And we will not even mention your twisting and turning around the fact you stated you oppose torture something Israel and the US have been accused of.
