Normally done in exchange for shares when a spec explorer like OVR. Cash likely to be used on existing projects IMO.
These guys also just sold off a new project into a different ASX company they previously had nothing to do with which makes me think a project acq for OVR is unlikely in the next few months. Ann does mention it, but it could just be white space filler.
