Every investment have an inherent risk. Now BUR is trading below CR, that's why Brokers have a Management Fee and Consulting Fee. Underwriting Fee is nothing when you compare the expenses associated with advising all clients, making them presentations flights hotels and other expenses.
There is no such thing called Free Lunch.
Your last question was :
Why pay all that if the people at BUR are goingto take up any shortfall????
