The problem is they can just delay, delay, delay and meanwhile IRN burns cash. Maybe we have to get used to low ball offers for assets in countries with political risk?
IRN's copper is valued at 3c per pound in the ground whilst the spot price is $4.40/lb. Crazy situation but that's the market.
