whats going on, page-44

I held a large parcel of ANP in 2000 and jumped out in 2001 with a minor loss as I thought it was over valued at the time....lucky for me.

I bought back in at 1 cent last week when things started moving as I have always believed that this company would go somewhere one day. With a good announcement 10 cents would be fair value in the short term and if clinical trial are successful the sky is the limit. Looks like a major player might be thinking the same.

Does anyone know how long before the buyer is required to declare that they have accumulated a substantial holding?
