A trade sale at such prices would be unacceptable to most.
Pre GFC and donut-boy's rampage the company was touted as a $25 Nasdaq listing and even had 'potential' trade sales to interested parties turned down at higher prices.
Granted much has changed since then but in my mind the company still has the ability to make truck loads of money in the coming years.
Why would our current board previously sales pitch each TZ division as having the potential to earn gross sales into the hundreds of millions and then trade sale us off at $3 ?
