I'd assume the options would be tradeable much like the TRF options that were issued not so long ago.
However the rights I do not believe can be traded as they are non-renounceable. You can only apply to receive shares in the shortfall, not actually trade for more rights (as far as i know).
Hope this helps although i'd also check with your broker/registry/adviser first as i could be wrong.
