"Please direct the following request to ALL directors for their INDIVIDUAL reply.

"The Sale of the crown deposit requires shareholder approval. It will only be a fair vote if the NO case is presented along with the YES case. Because not all shareholders will/can attend the meeting a NO case should be included in the mail out to shareholders. I note considerable conflict of interest here and question the sincerity of certain people. I need to be convinced that ALL directors are working in the best interests of Lynas shareholders only, as required by law. Please, in the interests of fairness present a no alternative or allow those of us that can present a No case to do so.

Please explain why Lynas could not develop the deposit itself. I guess that Forge has a good case to put to its shareholders for its development."
