1. Earthquakes and other 'weather' cycles are short term. The atmospheric cycles are long term.
2. yes Carbon Dioxide tax. I think the media have dumb down the science that is why we have buzz phases like 'carbon', 'Climate change', 'Global warming' It's hard to fit all the science into a newspaper headline.

3.Yes CO2 is essential, however an over abundance (from what ever source) has effects on Climate ie pollutant.
4. I doubt the effectiveness of 'Carbon Dioxide Tax' reducing CO2 pollution. I hate weak politics
5. I hate Politian?s, they lie all the time. Politics has destroyed the credibility of the whole 'environmental movement' So politians lying changes the science?
The final points of (5) seem to be conspiracy theories of which I have little knowledge to comment on.
