I don?t see an issue if you are LT holder of PEN - the fundamentals haven?t changed one bit, one only has to look at Korea, the USA, India and China as examples, they are still going to need uranium well into the future.
If anything there might be less start up explorers as money is tight and this could benefit PEN in the Longer term as they are a near term producer and therefore there might be even less people producing uranium, as less projects will come online due to the recent events in Japan.
