You raise some good points as usual acturtle.
I will be contacting the network on Tuesday(busy Monday) to see:-
How everyone is going generally-Stawell/around Kal/Isa region (yes I know there are no gold mines there!)/etc.
Have been distracted recently-should have checked to see if there is much of a differential in labour costs/productivity between the underground boys working gold compared to nickel compared to other base metals.
Seen some feasability studies lately where the operators think they are going to be readily financed with cash costs around A$400/US$320-dream on.
All in all, despite the rise in metals. the firming of the A4 has eaten a fair amount. Have not seen one feasibility analysis that reaches out and grabs you-a couple of reasonably good, but nothing totally compelling. HER,MRX,GIP, BMO, etc etc
