re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... This CEO could have loaded up at any point in the last 2 years , from the lows of 14 cents to the highs of 89 and injected some serious market confidence back into this stock, let alone made some good profits with dividends and done us all a favour.
But instead he chose to sit on the sidelines until he has diluted the stock by 30% and then takes up less than 3 weeks wages in the firm he has helped pull back from the brink. I actually have a fair amount of respect for the work the managers have done to bring this Company back to a dividend paying entity, but have always puzzled why none of the main players ever brought in to what, with their inside knowledge and understanding, would have been a relatively low risk bet.
I can see his next move will be to take his full 100,000 allocation at 75 cents or maybe he'll just take the 3 for 10 and raise his hand to market inspiring $10,750.
Still trying to see the actual benefits of this debt reduction and not sure of the take up of this capital raising, now that you can buy on market at less than a 6% premium. May be his buying in was supposed to be a prop!
