    i seem to remember from the mabo or wik cases that the high court made a determination that to be declared an aboriginal there had to be 2 traceable generations. cant remember exat details

    this then also refers to those of european ancestery

    but it makes me laugh that anyone who thinks they have "aboriginal" blood in them no matter how distant can and do claim to be one when they appear to have absolutely none whatsoever - such as the woman in another thread or mansel.

    if they have more white blood in them why do they not associate with that rather than having a smattering of black blood?
