Emerald Oil & Gas obtains underwriting of placement Unit Price:

Sydney - Wednesday - March 30: (RWE Aust Business News) - Emerald Oil & Gas (EMR) has received an underwriting commitment for its placement of 375m shares to sophisticated investors to fund its purchase of 45 per cent of New Frontier's interests in Green River Basin assets.

The placement is now fully underwritten at 5c a share to raise a minimum of $18.75 million.
