Consolidate now, and allow time for the register to begin improving. In conjuction with managemment hitting its fundamental targets, then the register will tighten over time. A tight register with solid fundamental performance = strong share price gains.

The chicken or the egg? probably but sooner or later you have to make a choice

The only reason for delaying the consolidation is if good news is coming (the chicken). But if it comes to little or no avail then consolidate, perhaps in conjuction with some other financial event (the egg)
