I agree with you I can see Pen going sub 8 cents in the near future without any further news.
Price of Uranium will drift lower in the near future as the Chinese put their boot on cheap assets such as EXT and others with proven reserves yet to be developed .Do you think we may see closer to 7 cents.The technicals are just pointing to a downward price .Do you have a handle on resistance levels ?
I am only new at the charting game and have not yet got a handle of how to figure out RLs.
