As much as I would love to agree with you, the volumes don't bear this out. You could put a cap on the price with the equivalent of $200K-$400K worth of shares which is a pittance in the overall scheme of things.

Simply and out of favour stock that has burnt many people. Myself included. The turnaround will come. I am betting most people who wanted out after Artemis are gone and new holders have taken their place. So once it moves, there shouldn't be too many people selling out to limit losses. All IMO.
