Hi Topwon - Thanks very much for following up with PL on this matter - Was it Peter's words that "Most importantly any review would not hold up the impending JV with Anglo on Garatau." ... or was this your assessment of his reply ?
If it was indeed Peter's words, then I believe it is very encouraging that he is specifically identifying one of the big guns as having an impending JV with Nkwe ... unless I've missed something, I haven't seen this mentioned by management in such terms before.
Aside from this, it is also good to have it confirmed that Beng's chances of taking their grievance with the DMR's decision much further look to be pretty much negligible.
