The moisture is reduced to close to that of black coal. The higher moisture % in the brown coal takes away the useful heat (as it steams the moisture during burning) and reduce the useful heat per tonne of brown coal (and therefore higher amount of CO2 generation per unit of useful heat). Today ann provide the second ingredient and complete the first re-rate. Next step is the drilling, but before that we all know at certain confidence level that we have the resource and its thickness, depth through historical drillings.
