I'm gonna stick my neck out and say that this is last chance saloon for MT.
If this deal doesn't get closed, you might be able to be in a position to re-think your strategy of not investing if MT is around.
I would think he's gonna have to head for the hills as an abject failure if this one doesn't get over the line.
