Like I told you westctt, they are grand and noble plans. You quote all these nations begging to get in. The arabs, malaysia. LOL! If the Chinese are in, they will only take the whole offer, not scraps. No one else can really fill the gaps. The Chinese will not commit to such a risky project for the sake of making SDL shareholders rich. You really are making a big mistake underestimating the Chinese. Do so at your own peril. I have a few friends that did business with the Chinese and realised this the hard way.

Knowing the way of the Congo, and indeed all of West Africa is. ie. you must pay off every official, policeman, border guard, waterboy etc.etc., one could say that SDL will need to do a CR every year, just to finance all the brown paper bags they will need to use in their activites. That's just for the brown paper bags, not the cash that will need to be placed in there (tongue in cheek of course).
