The 10c-15c per share optimistic brigade are failing to acknowledge something fundamental.
ISF is a couple of nails away from death.
Without an offer to bail them out, they will almost certainly go into administration.
The 200m debt figure is as of Dec31,2010. What is it now ? Funds vital to paying interest have not materialised due to the inability to meet major milestones.
There were/are punitive payment clauses for non-payment.
It's not looking good.
Any buyer/or bailouter will pick it up at the price they want to pay. There is no reason to pay any more than short-medium share price averages, which is 3-7c.
