I agree management should really inform the market ASAP because they have missed their own stated deadline.

Is the DFS work itself now complete? Are they awaiting some further info before releasing it? Have they been able to get some sort of clarity about the decree process which enables them to make a call on whether to release it now or wait???

I believe the committee was to be formed within 30 days of the decree date of 2 March which is around today.
