I believe that charting used with the fundamentals in mind is the key, and can be used to try and pick ideal entry points.

MTH is at the moment in the middle of an accumulation stage and is on the verge of a break out! 21c is proving to be a strong resistance, and with the possibility of a positive announcement any day and the anticipation that is building, this is the nudge that is required to break through soon.

Williams accumulate distribution(s) are showing rather bullish signals of accumulation and a break out imminent. MACD, RSI, ADX and parabolic SAR; are all showing bullish signals, with the only worrying sign (i think stated above somewhere) is the overbought stochastic.

Another bullish sign is the bollinger bands widening, and in the top half. with the widening of the bollinger bands representing more volatility to the sp, with positive news of drilling coming soon (fingers crossed) this will breakout to the upside very strongly!

with drilling to start soon, (mobilizing the rig) this will hit your targets of 28c rather quickly.

I'm sorry if i lost you with rambling out of pure excitement of this company it is 3am and I'm sitting in my living room having chicken sweet corn soup for my cold so it could be for that reason as well....

But in short, upside potential? 100%+ in a few months.. possible short/long term downside very little at these levels
