Fair enough comments, and I understand your points.

It is possible that Dr Mercer has not given updated advice because it's the best thing in our interests. There are many scenarios. Things like

1. Perhaps the deal has already been done and ON TIME. But the other party wants it kept quiet for a while.

2. Perhaps negotiations are at a tender stage, where any comment from TIS my upset the deal in some way, or might show the hand that TIS are playing in some way.

Give Dr Mercer and the team the benefit of the doubt on this for a few weeks at least, imho.
