I have to disagree birchy, weather has held up Hughenden of course, and that is reasonable.

If there is quality coal on the Mongolian tenements then they will get to 70% in my opinion, because of one simple fact really, the directors own more than 50% of this company, either directly or indirectly, and knowing those boys, they are not going to waste 1 minute of their time, let alone even $1 of their own money, on something they do not believe will be very profitable for themselves.
