spekulator..if it was the case that MCC admitted owing the money, and we dont have that evidence other than from the other party, then yes it would be a good sign.. but then why would they let it go to court unless they felt they had some case to avoid the payment? the fact there is a court case at all suggests a sloppy contract was involved, but I am sure TS will learn from it. What I am more concerned about is the lack of news on the $80 mill. Correct me if I am wrong but Wasnt TS last comment about it that we would be dealt with by April. Well its April now if I am not a fool.
