by over investing i believe you are shortening the gap between a life in the workforce and retirement, not to sure on the term though. ;]

Agreed OS, we are currently in the same phase as they were before the rise to its current level. Where there was sensible discussion and predictions by those in the know, Westcott for example before the market began to factor in the potential as was displayed via posts which encompassed countless hours of research. It seems as though the more action the SP gets the more traders jump on board, hence the increasing number of spectators who have no clue on the fundamentals commenting on the forums. I'm also grateful to see how many posters we have on here who have done great research. Everybody's chipping in what ever piece of information they have come across and as we all can see the puzzle is slowing unraveling, i certainly wouldn't be here without the aid of HC, I would've sold off ages ago due to emotions and lack of knowledge.
