    I have just looked at the report.

    It appears that the loan due to Jinchuan in Oct is still outstanding which would be restructured after the lom report.

    Once we have the lom; restructure the debt on reasonable terms; and we get an indication of where Jinchan are going with their convertible bonds, I expect a flyer.
