I dont begrudge the cash if they perform but reality is the shares are exercised at less than the value the company had before......so they wreck the price and then ask for shares at a price less than when they got involved.

BRIB, there is a big disconnect here with reward for creating shareholder value....if they created real value for us, these wool be priced at 60c.....

sorry, still a complete ripoff to me. Happy to vote yes if they were 60c but this is a joke for what they have delivered.
