Thanks amdweb82...I see where the 7 to 10 years supply comes from now...
There will not be enough retiring baby boomers to soak up that excess supply for years at best. My mate was on the goldie last weekend and he noticed a large number of commercial buildings vacant also. Also hearing the Sunny coast is under pressure...Tradies leaving the area for work which they have not done for years...
Could be some real bargains in a couple of years...
