Time for a confession... especially after boasting on the dt thread last Friday afternoon how I made 9 trades and profited on 8 of them for my best trading day to date.
It was then followed by the exact opposite on Monday, I made 8 trades and I lost on 7 of them to hand back the same profit that I made Friday.
Tues sold half my AGU on the opening from T/Halt (held since Jan last year). No DT's
Wed Lost on SGY due to being plain stupid really. And caught out holding 50000 of 'em @ 8.1c over night when they went into T/Halt... I hate to see where they're going to open after this CR :( Hold WHN o/night 3.8 and sell thurs 4c
Thurs started well with pek @ 70 and out @ 72.5, Lost on Ria (in 49 out 46.5). Chart was looking great and the gap had been filled from the opening but insisted going backward... until today :( Sold a short term hold of IGS 5.7 to 6.8
And today, after starting the day with LYC in at 2.19 after gap filled and out at resistance @ 2.26 (off the 5min chart) I thought Fridays are my trading days :) However 2 more trades through the day and I had made 1 profit and two losses :( (Up for the day though)
Overall (too many trades to mention them all above btw), even though I lost a lot of trades this week, my saving grace is I had discipline in cutting my losses to a minimum (maybe too quick to sell in a couple of those as they bounced back).
Oh and I confess one more thing... I must have been the only trader not to trade CXY this week.
