Just a heads up here guys.
I don't like uncertainty so I emailed IMF and they inform me that the claim will be filed soon. (Assuming we can believe the Legal Eagles)
Whether this will have any consequence on the SP I have no idea. As some have speculated, maybe the whole thing is just a smoke screen to pick up cheap shares.
Not keen on posting negatives, but thought everyone should know.
