Glad you brought up the ML for discussion.

Do you, or anyone else, know what information the Mines Dept (or equiv) now needs before they consider and grant an ML?

I take it that one which is important is CDU's response to the comments on their EIS. Hope this is submitted in the near future. That might come close to finishing the whole EIS process if CDU responds positively to all the comments.

But are there other things that the Mines Dept needs (above & beyond an EIS) in their decision-making process for granting an ML?
