Gung ! CDU have to go down the same road as Exco. They have to respond to the EIS public submissions ( extended deadline has just passed this week )

The DERM department will then issue a finalisation report with recommendations that will need to be included in the next stage of the process which is an EMP ( environmental management plan )

Sometime after the EMP is accepted the Mining Lease ( licence ) will be issued.
