Here is the DERM website, top left you will find Excos Cloncurry Copper project under the Concluded EIS process and Cudecos Rocklands project is under Current EIS projects.

Both Exco and Cudeco have asked for similar time extensions to respond to DERM along the way and both had to respond to submissions by 7 government departments.

Its just a red tape feeding frenzy bogged down by fat cat bureaucrats.
