Which is, of course, required for JORC compliance.
So plenty of opportunity for continued newsflow there, as that massive target resolves into sharper (JORC friendly)focus.
Whether or not the final JORC resource will be announcable by the date you mention (the second tranche payment due-date), isn't clear. Almost certainly not, I'd imagine, because I believe there's considerable scope for increasing the resource base even from what's been announced!
But I'd think we'll have a pretty clear notion by the 18th of April how the Russian data is shaping up.
