As the Lynas Polymetallic deposit becomes a neighborhood, as with any neighborhood the facilities and infrastructure improves. To buy in to these new neighborhoods, it costs more than a bush block as you have many advantages and desirable facilities at hand. For some time now we have wondered why, with huge daily share turnover the share price has not moved significantly (As per other RE companies) but on a monthly cycle been sold off and and pulled back.
To be able to do this others with deep pockets are required. To what end, If you have plans to acquire some part of the Lynas Polymetallic deposit in the future no one wants to pay a premium.
To me there are a lot of fingers in the pie, and planned for a long while now, possibly vying for a slice now or as part of the future project.
