Dont be too sure in the prospects of any counter bid, as I suspect that the bidder would have sewn up OCP on a prebid agreement to protect the deal.

Not that I wish to be your travel consultant, but I am headed for Europe on 7 June, returning 18 July after a lazy 5 weeks thru Scotland Germany Italy and France, oh and a week in New York en route back home. Perhaps we could enjoy a drink on the French Riviera to discuss investments. Would that make my trip tax deductable
