Mattryanshares, if NC wants to subscribe for some seed capital shares he's more than welcome - can't see it happening though, and due to popular demand his allocation would be capped. If he subscribes to the main CR it will cost him $23M to get 50% of the deposit. Again unlikely due to expected demand. Also quite a bit more than the $800k he is currently paying. In reality I agree a proper formal tender process should be used to ensure the best price is achieved.
LuckyMJojnson, Crown Hypothetical Corp(CHC) has checked with their advisors Really Independent Advisory(RIA) and they have been advised that it's all really hypothetical, but a really useful exercise in shareholder sentiment. Please let me know how many shares you would be interested in if it were a reality.
Wllmtrish, i agree with you, my preference by a long way would be for NC to forget about this nonsense and focus on REs. We can worry about this next year or the year after. Failing that I don't believe he deserves over 50% of a resource that has an inground value in excess of $250B for a pitiful $800k. This is an exercise to measure real interest in providing a real alternative to stop the current sale to forge. So please let me know how many shares you would be interested in.
