I,m sorry tv I should have said there will be no ml until CDU have submitted there response to the EIS. Splitting hairs really, the extensions have been requested by CDU.

I am not a non holding down ramper and have held shares in this company for most of the last 5 years ( for many when it was under a previous name). I only sold all my shares the day of the trading halt by coincidence fully expecting to buy back when the share price stabilised. I have followed and listened to all posters diligently and still do. I was convinced that this was a once in a life time opportunity and kept holding even though I had lost heaps.

However I now realise I would have been much better off somewhere else as wm does not communicate he just says "trust me" and continues on his way without any thought for the shareholder. He may very well have the mine of a lifetime but he doesn't seem to care for the shareholders who will bleed with every mistake.

Although he seems to have a messiah like following on this site he treats this company as if it his and every accomplishment is his alone. So I can understand when many come on here and criticise, he has made many mistakes and caused great hardship for many shareholders when he did not need to. We believed in him and many still do but what has he done for your loyalty?

When has he really said sorry I should have warned you that the JORC would come in way under expectations and I've now given my son a senior position in Hong Kong to do what ( whether deserving or not it looks bad and demands explanation)? I'm calling a trading halt for a month just so I can bed down a deal but in doing that I now have to make a deal or when the shares start trading again the price will dive so really all I've done is given whoever I am negotiating with the upper hand.

Believe me when i say that I really do wish all holders the very best and hope that WM does live up to his promises but experience says that he will underwhelm on his private vendetta against whoever and some will leave poorer but others will continue to defend the great WM.
