Jesus stated that he is the Son of God, he stated that I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
The above is a truth statement so it is exclusive as all truth statements are. Therefore no Mohammed nor Budha or any other belief will allow you to achieve life with God.
Two options you either except what he said or you dont.
Pretty simple choice so I do not know why so many people are uncomfortable with it. Once exposed to the gospels I suppose ignorance is no defense.
C S Lewis a famous chrisitian apologist summed it up very succinctly
"Cristianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important"
