LOL. If you think #351 is ok, then that's fine I guess. You just have lower standards than me. Let's say I'm familiar with academic institutions and that the rankings are actually pretty reasonable in terms of overall university performance.
As for the comment somebody made about CSIRO. Let me just say that I have a close affiliation with people from CSIRO and know for a fact that the government DOES NOT interfere with their research/opinions. It's like trying to make out that university professors are on the government payroll too. Some of you people are totally paranoid.
