the sea bed is not under any native title so if GOT want to start now they can but they(I think) are waiting for the turtle season to finish.

in regards to processing and port access etc... it would not be on their radar at the moment , they will focus on the drilling etc and with some luck find some of the good stuff that gemco have.......i dont think they will need much luck thou.

this management (in fact any management) will continue talking to the TO's/alc about the project...it's all about becoming a good corporate citizen.
