    Hi Clyde,
    I have reviewed all the documentation but nowhere can I see where there is a limit on the value of the SPP or where they may scale back. I know this is pretty standard with an SPP in other companies but in this case it appears they will take all subscriptions without any scale back. Maybe I have missed it?
