Well ... I'd like to thank almost everyone on this thread ... Informative well researched and throughly insiteful ... Not often I can say that about a HC thread.
Been fence sitting watching ROG for so long now that my backside is getting numb. It would seem to me that on going capital needs are the primary issue with this stock ... And I have to say I concur. What has not been mentioned here is that the ROGOA options expire in Sept 11, which is approx 6 mths away ...
ROGOA 298.3m issued with a strike of 0.02c
So perhaps they just need to raise enough cash to see them over until Sept and hold back any good news for a while until just before (ie, 1-2 weeks) the Opts expire to drive up the price so they are in the money
My roughy calcs say this would earn them about $6m in "play money" of course with corresponding dilution for the heads that already exist.
