if you are confident enough about the abilities of this guy that you think him not being there is going to make a material difference to this company , then by all means sell .My personal view is that there is a bigger game at play here and I don't really care who's got their name there as MD but that's just the way I see it . You never know what goes on behind closed doors in these cases but as some of these posts show it's reason enough for lots of people to jump ship even though they have no idea as to the real reasons
